Utilizing the
ITIL Frameworks
IT is a mainstay in many companies today. The consideration of IT service management based on the ITIL framework is an approach that we are happy to take into account.
IT processes that are systematically anchored in the company and remain reliable even in the event of disruptions are of enormous importance for modern companies and can implicitly save costs.
Using ITIL best practices, customer-specific processes can be raised to a higher level that allows self-monitoring and can be maintained even after we have completed a service.
DevOps Consulting
with Atlassian
Whether classic development methods, development mindsets or specific tools with which continuous integration or continuous delivery can be implemented. With the help of Atlassian products, the entire development or IT value chain can be supported. We advise on the correct use of suitable tools for DevOps in order to achieve transparency and (partial) automation in development methods and processes.
With DevOps, we attach particular importance to the establishment of company-wide standards using the technologies employed. This enables rapid feedback to be implemented and stable releases to be achieved more easily.
Process consulting beyond IT
Processes can also exist where information systems are not used at all or at least not with a primary focus. Of course, we can also analyse such processes and structure them from the ground up.
Consultancy could, for example, be provided specifically for project management and agile variants thereof. IT systems are not absolutely necessary for the strategic success of project management, but they can contribute to an increase in efficiency and transparency.
This is an example of how process consulting can also take place independently of technologies and tools – to speak in the context of the illustration above.
For classic process consulting, we also offer to include the perspective that allows or requires the use of innovative IT systems and methods in the context of digitalisation. For example, if the inclusion of the ITIL framework is not yet desired but is still in prospect.
