The total prices shown above are estimated reference values (net, plus VAT) and consist of the Honicon service fee, Plane license costs, and Hetzner Cloud infrastructure costs. The Plane license costs are based on the respective current prices from Plane (plane.so) in USD and may vary depending on exchange rates.
The customer enters into separate contracts directly with Hetzner Online GmbH (infrastructure) and Plane Inc. (software license). In addition to Honicon's terms, the respective license, usage, and contract terms of Hetzner and Plane apply. Alternatively, customer-owned infrastructure can be used – in which case the Hetzner costs do not apply.
The Plane features listed reflect the current state and may change in future versions. The current Plane.so documentation is authoritative.
The Hetzner infrastructure costs include automatic backups (20 % of the server rate) as well as Hetzner Volumes for data storage (€0.044/GB/month). Volume costs scale with the number of users.
Service hours refer to working days, excluding public holidays in Lower Saxony. All prices listed are net prices plus the statutory VAT.
Plane AI uses a bring-your-own-key model. The customer provides their own API account with a compatible provider (e.g. Anthropic/Claude or OpenAI/ChatGPT). The resulting API costs are billed directly by the respective provider and are not included in the Honicon plan. Honicon assists with the setup within the booked service hours.
